I am 17 years old. I go to the 2nd Grade of the 3rd Senior High School. I am a good student and my favorite lesson is Biology.

I love music and I play guitar.
I speak only English.

I believe that school is the place to learn and become a better person.
I also think that school is not a place to fool around and to not listen.

As regards foreign languages, I reckon they are necessary to learn if you want to be part of a growing society.

I ‘ve been learning English at my home for about 10 years. I’d like to be able to speak fluently in English. I think a good way to learn anything is to practise and study.

After that I’d like my schoolteachers of English to teach me as much as they can.

And finally I dream of a school where kids are not judged by their looks or their beliefs and by the marks that they have in school.

I believe that school is the place to learn new things. I think that school is not a place to go with not reason.

As regards foreign languages, I reckon they are necessary to learn if you want to go to live in another country. I’ve been learning English at private lessons for about 9 years. I think a good way to learn English is to study and do exercises.

Alexandros Ant...dis

Μy name is Alexandros. I was born in 1989 in Maroussi, Athens, thus I bear 18 years on my back. I live in New Philadelphia, a northern suburb of Athens and I 'll study Communication and Mass Media (journalism) at the National University of Athens.

My family consists of four people: my father, my mother, my older brother and… myself! My father has retired, while my mother has a successful career as a nurse at the local hospital. My 23-year old brother, works as an employee in the public domain and as a basketball coach as well.

As concerns myself, I’m a member of a basketball team and I dedicate a lot of my leisure time in this activity of mine.

Furthermore, I study English in a private school, aiming to sit for the CPE exams. As I mentioned above, every day (except for weekend) I have to go the center to attend my journalism lessons. Last but not least, when I have spare time, I prefer watching movies, going out with friends or listening to music and… accompanying the singer by singing!

If I was told to characterize myself, I would say that I am very ambitious and optimistic about the future. I believe in my abilities and I think that my relatives do as well. To be honest, I am very selfish and sometimes stubborn. I tell the truth, even if it may hurt the others. I love my family, my real friends and like every man around the globe… sports and women!!

I’m Konstantina Pap..... and I’m sixteen years old. I live in Nea Filadelfia, Athens with my parents and my older brother. I go to the second grade of the third senior high school "Miltos Kountouras".

My favourite subjects are History and Physics.
What about school I think is the place where the students should know each other and learn things about the world that they are interested in and a place to be punished at.

I’m a rather quiet person although sometimes I feel like a bomb ready to expose. Moreover I like spend my time with my friends and I love nature where I feel well-balanced.

I like homely, pleasant and communicative people, however sometimes people’s thoughts and feelings are a big question to me.

Last but not least; my dream is to travel a lot as my spirit is adventuring but in the end I want to find a place to stay and relax!

My name is Anastasia and I am a girl about 16 years old. I am living in Nea Philadelphia, a suburb 9 km away from the centre of Athens in Greece.

I am studying in high school. I have a family of 4 members: my father, my mother, my sister who is 5 years younger and me. I think I am a dynamic personality.

I believe in friendship, so I have a lot of friends, but only with few of them I am a best friend.

I love being with many people who love me and I want to help them when they needed. In two years I want to go to university and study medicine in order to be a bacteriologist.

My aspiration is to become a successful doctor. My dream is to buy a cottage in Côte d’ Azur (French Riviera) with a marvellous access directly to the sea and live there all year long.

Me and myself have a very good relationship and I feel very good about my self. I also have very good relationship with others because I am a social person.

I do not really believe in God.
I really think that everything is related to time and death is the proof to it. What I really do miss is an important person in my life. I feel a whole person as regards love.

I feel more security in my house than outside.

Μy name is Alex. I live in New Filadelfia. I am seventeen and I ‘m an only child. I study at 3rd High School of New Filadelfia in the senior year.

But let me tell you a little bit about myself!
Firstly I feel satisfied about it. I consider myself as a part of a group and not as a special person.

I am very understanding when it comes to other peoples’ feelings. My relation with god – although I am not a huge fan- is quite warm, meaning that I believe in him… and in angels.

I am not afraid of death and I think that it has to do with the unknown of it. A nice present to me would be a career in the future. Love is very important to my life. I believe there is something better that life’s worth living for. As I mentioned above, my surroundings are truly important to me so it is an interactive issue.

My greatest ambition is to become a successful journalist. I want to believe that I am a balanced person and I am not overreacting.

My inspiration for living in general is music although I don’t know how to play any musical instrument.

My family consists of four members, me, my brother who is younger than me and my mother and father. My father is a successful accountant and my mother is devoted with us and the house, also she has many friends.

I am a member of a basketball team. I love basketball and the sports. My dream is to follow the father’s work and my ambition is to continueto play basketball in parallel with my job.

I can contact with other people because I can speak English also I think I am a sociable person. In my free time I would like to listen to music and I meet my friends.

I’m Sofia Chatzith.......... and I’m sixteen years old. I live in Nea Filadelfeia, in nothern Athens with my parents and my younger sister. I go to the second grade of the upper secondary school “Miltos Kountouras”.

My favourite subjects are maths and physics. As far as it concerns school I trully believe that it should be a place that motivates young people to discover themselves and their personal talents and finally make them love learning.

In addition, I’m a rather self-confident and joyful person. Also I love spending time with my friends because they amuse me and make me feel relaxed.

Although being communicative and loving doing funny stuff, I consider that maintaining balance is everything. To sum up, I dream to explore as many places and cultures I can and make all my dreams come true!
